Los Baganes
We are a family in love with Border Collies: with their physique, with their intelligence, with their loyalty, with their great communicative capacity...
We are very grateful to share our lives with them.
How were Los Baganes born?
Since Aurelio was little, he has always been surrounded by had farm animals. When he was six year's old, he already knew how to milk cows!
His family’s principal occupation was sheepherding, so since a young age, Aurelio has learnt about the breeding of different animals, and the great qualities of shepherd dogs.
For those who have always been with animals, its really difficult to live without them, and to convey this type of love to those around us ...
So that's how Los Baganes was born: ready to enjoy, to teach and to share our life with Border Collies... a really special breed, as we often say, creates addiction!
Our History
What would be of us without our dear Baganicos?
Every single Baganico is a piece of us: each one has been chosen so that we are able to enjoy their company, and so that we are be able to offer balanced puppies that can perform in diferent disciplines; such as agility, frisbee, obedience, running, canicross, rescue, company, truffle hunting ... without forgetting their elegant natural beuaty.
We invite you to better get to know our dear dogs by visiting their specific pages.
We live in Montanejos.
A privileged site to live owing to the surrounding mountains, its renowned hot water spring, and its proximity to Valencia, Castellón and Teruel. We ourselves would personally highlight its agreeable weather and the innumerable routes in the surrounding countryside that we can enjoy with our fantastic companions!
Where we live?
There are Baganicos all around Spain; from the paradisiacal Canary Islands to Galicia!
You can also find a Baganico in Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, France, the Netherlands, England, Germany, Norway...
Here you can find our dear Noa; daugther of Belén and Batman. She is one of the Amicans' therapy dogs. What does thismean? It means that she goes to the residences of elderly people and/or people with a disability, and she stays there for several hours per week: Noa makes people happy, and she helps them to quickly reach their therapeutic objectives.
We are very proud of her!
